My account

The My account page (left menu) gathers your account’s security.

Language

French or English, for the portal and the emails sent to you (invitation, forgotten password, phone setup link). My organization’s follows the setting of your company or your operator. It also applies to what you download: file names, columns and format of CSV exports, and the assistant’s answers.

Passkeys

A passkey replaces the 6-digit code: fingerprint, face or PIN of the phone or computer. It only works on this site, which protects against phishing.

To add one: give it a name (“Office computer”), then Add a passkey and follow your browser. At the next sign-in, after the password, choose Use a passkey. A passkey you no longer use can be deleted from the list.

Signed-in devices

On a trusted device, the session lasts 30 days. If a device is lost or stolen, click Sign out of all devices: all your sessions are closed, including this one, and the password and code will be required again everywhere.

My data

Download my data produces a file with what the phone system keeps about you: account, extension, sign-ins, your extension’s calls and voicemail messages (GDPR right of access).
