Welcome
This guide is for the operator and its resellers: those who install the PBX, create customers
and provide them with numbers and trunks. The customer guide, served under
/guide/en/, covers what customers and their users see; in admin mode, you do there what they
do.
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Reseller admin | Creates and follows their customers, assigns them numbers, manages their sale rate plans. |
| Operator admin | Manages the whole installation: resellers, customers, number pool, trunks, diagnostics, settings. |
| Operator support | Sees everything and acts on diagnostics, without changing anything else. |
